I was always interested in medicine and the walk-in interview by CBay was the best opportunity at that point in time. Training in Medical Transcription is becoming a near doctor just that you don't have the right to prescribe. The management picked me to correspond with the CBay front end QAs and I eventually ended up building a good rapport with them. I've grown from a transcriptionist, to a chief format specialist, to Asst. Mgr QA. CBay has given me a wide experience in handling various accounts, the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. The company recognized my proven leadership skills involving managing, developing, and motivating teams to achieve their objectives.

My career at CBay has been an extremely fulfilling and enriching experience, spanning almost 8 years in the Medical Transcription industry. Initially it was challenging as I did not possess the required academic qualifications and had to match up to the high standards which were required to be a flawless transcriptionist. But over the years I was determined to make a mark in this industry and have done so today. The company and the industry have helped me grow immensely both personally and professionally and looking back, I think joining CBay was one of the best life decisions I have ever made.

I have been part of CBay since May 2008. Medical transcription was being touted the next big thing in the high-end outsourcing business around the time I finished my graduation. It was around this time that a magazine ad first caught my attention and I ended up being part of CBay. It gave me exactly the kind of exposure I was looking for and after 6 months of intensive training, I was on the floor. Since 2000, when I was first associated with CBay, till date, my growth chart that has only seen an upward incline. This proves that the Indian MT industry is opening up with more and more exciting alternative career options for all those willing to take on new challenges.

I joined CBay 5-1/2 years back as an Editor in the Corporate QA Department located in Hyderabad. I soon realized that CBay as an organization offers a lot of opportunities for its employees. This has immensely helped me to grow professionally. Working here gives you more freedom to experiment and innovate along with a friendly work culture. I was promoted as Assistant Manager within 1-1/2 years after joining the company, and Deputy Manager in the following year. I have seen myself grow professionally and personally, which really gives me a lot of satisfaction. I always liked the level of expertise and professionalism that CBay employees have and it is a motivating factor for me to push myself to reach higher levels. I have always been able to explore my ideas in CBay. The company recognized my talents and promoted me as Manager - QA and I am now posted at CBay's newest center in Coimbatore. This recognition has given me a major boost in my career.

Every day at CBay is a great learning experience for me, be it new technology, implementation of new projects, or customer management.

I joined CBay as a Medical Transcriptionist in 2005 and have moved on to become a Team Leader now with potential as well as the platform to grow further. At CBay I got the opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally. While working as an MT at CBay, I was exposed to variety of reports and various accounts which helped me be a more competent and versatile transcription professional than most other transcriptional professionals I find in the medical transcription field. Because of the supportive team, informative interactions, and encouraging work environment, added to my own will, effort, and persistence, I was able to become an Editor in 1 year's time. I have been provided an opportunity to expand my areas of responsibility and function through overseeing induction program, training and mentoring of experienced candidates. Now, as a Team Leader, I have been provided a team of my own where I am responsible for quality, productivity, audits, feedback, TAT, team management, and some amount of operational involvement. It feels like I have been provided a small company of my own to run within CBay. I know that I have further scope of learning, responsibility, and growth. I feel lucky to have been a part of the world's largest medical transcription company and professionally run organization which has provided unique opportunity and progressive, conducive, and encouraging atmosphere through it's policies, systems, peers, and seniors.

I have been working with CBay Systems and earlier Forbes Technosys since last 5 years. I took training from Forbes Technosys as a pilot batch student. Then Forbes Technosys was taken over by CBay Systems and then I got an opportunity to work with India's biggest transcription company.

I completed my training in September 2005 and came to the production floor in October 2005. Since then, I am growing with the company. Firstly, I was an MT, then I became independent MT, and now I am working as QA.

I am happy to have begun my transcription career here beginning with rigorous but holistic training. I see many transcriptionists who have been trained at many other companies, so the fact that I was trained here makes me feel lucky and a much better transcriptionist than what I could possibly have turned out to be.

Then, with more experience and provide opportunity, my skill and performance was recognized and moved on to be an editor and now a QA. I am happy to be working for a company that respects performance, provides growth, and is also employee oriented.

I joined CBay (then Karvy) in March 2002 as an OJT after completing my training at Karvy Training Center. After 6 months as an MT, I was promoted to a Proof Reader. In August 2004, I was taken into the Quality Assurance Department as an editor, promoted to Assistant Manager - Quality in 2006 and finally Manager-Quality in 2009. My eight years in CBay have been a tremendous learning experience. CBay has provided me with challenges and opportunities to grow as an individual as well as a manager. I have also received immense support from my colleagues and the senior management of CBaySystems

I joined this institution as a Junior Medical Transcriptionist in 2006. Due to my proactiveness and dedication towards my job, I was offered an opportunity to lead a team of 25 people and I was guided by my superior to do the same.

I was supported by CBay Management in terms of leading people, approaching team to make them work as a team, make them deliver to the best of their abilities, and motivate them in times when they needed to be motivated.

I am always thankful to the management for giving me this opportunity to prove my skill sets and contribute to the growth of the company and also grow myself in the process.
