At CBay the Human Resource team organizes and conducts technical and soft skill program for all employees regularly. The training programmes help in improving the current job performance of the employees. It also provides adequate cover to the employees in the event of unexpected short term changes such as transfers, resignations or unanticipated developments.
Employees are also sent to attend external development programmes to enhance their managerial talent, extend knowledge in the understanding of the management functions and to improve quality of work life.
